General Affairs Assistant Manager
Responsibility:
Managing office assets.
Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of General Affairs function.
Ensure the availability of activities, processes and functions of the infrastructure, facilities, services of all company operational.
Conduct supplier evaluation.
Requirements:
Male
Min. S1
Min. 30 years old
Minimum 5-7 years experiences in related field.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Visio etc).
Good communication and negotiation skill
Good command of written and spoken English
Good leadership, self motivated, pleasant personality, highly initiative, attention in detail and able to work under pressure
Result oriented, good team work building
Familiar with ISO Quality Management.
Domiciled in Bekasi and Jakarta
Office Location: Cibitung Office – Bekasi and Cengkareng Office
Willing to work on Saturday (twice in a month).
