PT. Antakesuma Inti Raharja is MTU marine engine authorized service dealer. We are headquartered in Surabaya with a branch office in Jakarta. We are currently in need of new team members with the following position and qualifications to be located in Jakarta and Surabaya

Project Secretary (PS)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales administration among all sales team members.

Compile, comprehend and follow story line on projects from the inception (all disposition, costs, margin, special cases, team involvement, project progress, project schedule, etc).

Monitor and control invoice and terms of payment on all projects and follow up with customers.

Monitor and alert with regard to project expenses in terms of project costing and project budgeting.

Assist sales team to create sales supporting documents such as offer letter and tender documents.

Review sales contract and expense sheet before submitting to management for final review and approval.

General Information and Requirement:

Min GPA of 3.2

Job reference letter is a plus
