Responsibilities

• Check Company bank account transactions and expenses.

• Check the following ledger: General Ledger (GL), Purchase Ledger (PL), Sales Ledger (SL).

• Check all transaction/vouchers (documents, approval, journal, amount) excluding Finance category.

• Analyze the balance account in general ledger: Check the increase and decrease of account’s balance comparing to the last data & budget, get the detail of each account.

• Check reconciliation and confirmation of Account payable and Expense.

• Input data budget & updated for budget reporting.

• Update costing calculation.

• Ensure the implementation of existing system and procedures

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• Maximum 35 years old.

• Required skill(s): sap (fi module), audit & tax, financial statement preparation, pension fund, MS Office.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.

• Good analytical skill, communication skill and leadership skill.

• Punctual, detail and accurate.

• Full-Time position(s) available.

• Willing to work in Cikarang.
