OSP Engineer
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

    Technical advisor for OSP (Fiber Medium, SDH, DWDM) in region
    Technical support to regional FLM team through remote and on-site trouble-shooting
    Provide technical solution and hands-on support on SDH or DWDM
    Coordinate corrective maintenance activities with FLM team and making sure project SLA/KPI are met
    Responsible for managing and maintaining spare parts and consumables in the region
    Interface and escalation point for OSP matters for customer and higher management
    Responsible for production weekly and monthly technical reports
    Responsible for TT analysis and implementing corrective and mitigation measures

Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering
    Good knowledge of Transmission equipment like SDH, DWDM and Fiber Optics.
    Good knowledge regarding the Fault management and Preventive maintenance processes for Transmission equipment
    Fluent in English is a must, fluent in mandarin will be an added advantage
    Team Player
    Able to work in a team and contribute to the team spirit in a positive manner
    Innovative and creative
    Self driven, result oriented, good coordination skill
    Able to work under pressure and in fast-changing environment
    HCDA ( Huawei Certified Datacomm Associate ) holder preferable
