Service Manager (SM)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for :

Responsible for overall service and engineering department’s operations for LE products, to achieve desired customer satisfaction to meet Company’s and Division’s goals and objectives. Set up service policies and structure to support sales division and customers. Organise programs to transfer necessary technical knowledge to partners such as service dealers andconsultant.

Requirements:

· Minimum University Graduate (Engineering Major) with 8 to 10 years experience in related field.

· Preferably having working experience background from similar industry

· Preferably to possess experience in both AC and HE products

· Strong technical knowledge of AC and HE products

· Possess fundamental business acumen

· Knowledge of general administration and operations

· Good English communication skills.

· Able to speak Japanese is advantageous

· Good people handling skill

· Good leadership skill withproblem analytical and solving skill
