Administration Manager
North-East - Serangoon North


Responsibilities: 

Set up and administer guidelines for use of facilities, security services, procurement, office operations and procedures and initiate on process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably and economically
Manage and improve security services and system by working closely with the security vendor to close the security gaps
Ensure smooth running of office and facilities management and provide the necessary administration support and logistics arrangement such as staff travel and accommodation
Plan, prioritize, and manage maintenance activities i.e renovation works, upgrades of equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities
Source and evaluate office supplies and equipment purchases to ensure cost efficiency and at the same time to meet the organization’s business needs
Manage existing relationships with external suppliers (i.e maintenance contractors or equipment vendors) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
Prepare and ensure timely submission of budget and admin related management reports as well as office bill payments and verifications
Liaise with line managers to ensure office administration policies, programmes and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs.
Handle all administration matters e.g. name cards, office space allocation, pantry maintenance and supplies
Any other related duties as needed
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferably Managers with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Office /Administrative Support.
