• Lead and manage engagement teams to perform a variety of assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries,
• Guide and mentor your team members and review their work,
• Developing and maintaining good relationship with clients and,
• Assisting Partners in planning work and change management is also your key role
• Have minimum 6 years of experience as Auditor (2 years as Supervisor Auditor) in reputable Registered Public Accountant Firm
• Bachelor degree in Accounting (S1) with min GPA 3.00
• Age max 32 years
• Familiar with Ms. Office (Word, Excel) & Internet
• A strong knowledge and profound understanding in Accounting, Tax, PSAK, SPAP and IFRS.
• Accurate, detail, honest, multi task job, fast learner, well organized, and hard worker
• Having audit experience in handle consolidation report, listed and multinational company.
• Able to work effectively to meet established targets and objectives within the specified deadline.
• Willing to work overtime
• Willing to travel
• Able to work individually (minimum supervision) or as a part of team
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Having a good communication skill
