Responsibilities
Scope of works:
• To search and maintain the availability of land required for RMX & Aggregates operation
• To manage relationships between company and the government official, community organization, non-government organization, and other party that related to the application of licenses and permits required for RMX & Aggregates operation
Requirements
Education
• Minimum Bachelor degree, Degree in Law / Economics
Experience :
• Minimum one year in current position
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Law firm or estate manager of a real estate company
• Having project management experience is preferably
Computer literacy :
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP
Language :
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
Other qualification / skills :
• Good knowledge about law and regulation related with RMX & Aggregates operation
• Good negotiation and persuasion skill
• Ability to supervise and communicate with others and deal with people from all levels of the business
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and in a team, having strong leadership
